Het laboratorium voor Virologie bestudeert verschillende virussen (pseudorabies virus, porciene reproductie en ademhalingssyndroom virus, influenzavirus, equine herpesvirus, etc.) in verschillende dieren.
Het marien onderzoek van deze groep spitst zich toe op virale ziekten in aquacultuur zoals het zogenaamde white spot syndrome virus bij de kweek van garnalen. |
