Abstract
    The effect of dietary lipid on sperm fatty acids (FA), cholesterol levels, and sperm viability after cryopreservation was evaluated in rainbow trout. The altered FA and cholesterol levels in sperm membranes from tallow-fed fish afforded more protection from cryopreservation damage than those obtained with the fish or safflower oil diets
