Abstract
    Description of three new species belonging to the family Cyatholaimidae and the genera Pomponema, Metacyatholaimus and Paracanthonchus. These deep-sea species are reported from the Angola Basin (Pomponema corniculata sp. nov.) or from the Cape Town Basin (Paracanthonchus latens sp. nov.) at various depths (2944 to 4180 m); Metacyatholaimus chabaudi sp. nov. is recorded from both sides of the Walwis Ridge.
