Abstract
    47 spp of polychaetous Annelida have been observed during a study stretched over 1 yr. According to statistical analysis it is possible to recognize 4 biocenoses between 2 characteristic levels. Crevice's biocenoses are qualitatively and quantitatively different from biocenoses living at the surface of the substratum. The spatial distribution of the spp is closely correlated with their position in the foodchain and their function in the dynamics of the crevices.
