| Abstract |
Brazil will face the scrutiny of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in various matters on sustainable development or sustainability. Among these matters, this article highlights biodiversity, including an analysis of forest and land resources. An overview of the federal legislative and institutional structure situation is presented in relation to international documents for the protection of biodiversity, especially those of the OECD. Therefore, the article presents the OECD assessment based on indicators on Brazil in terms of biodiversity. |
