Abstract
    This work seeks to deepen the study of the species Piper bogotense and collect information from the antibacterial studies that have been carried out. This was done through an Analytical Research study (systematic analysis of the topic) that provides the analysis of an event and its understanding in terms of its less obvious aspects; this research used data from different authors to make a comparison showing the antibacterial activity of the Piper bogotense plant, based on different articles and their different ways of performing the antibacterial analysis of the Piper bogotense plant. The articles consulted also addressed the properties of Piper (medicinal properties, where it is found and other benefits) with its proper comparative table.
