Abstract
    During the 11-th cruise of R/V Academik Kurchatov 9 species of Cirripedia from the region to the north-west of the Falkland islands were collected. The description and figures of 4 species which turned out to be new are given. Out of these 4 species 3 live on the abyssal and 1 on the bathyal. One of the new species belongs to the subgenus Mesoscalpellum whose representatives were previously found only in tropical and subtropical regions. There have been known altogether 48 species of Cirripedia Thoracica In the Antarctic, 34 of them are endemic for this region.
