Abstract
    Two Monodonta lineata have recently been found alive on the beach of Koksijde (Belgium), on July 29th and August lst respectively. This species lives normally on more southern rocky shores. The specimens were probably transported with sea-weed. This is remarkable, as Monodonta lineata
