Abstract
    In order to find a fish meal alternative for animal alimentation, vegetable sources are researched to produce stable fish silage in a short time. In this paper, organoleptic, physico-chemical and microbiological parameters are evaluated in two fish silages obtained in the same way, adding in one 35% of apple to study a possible acceleration in the hydrolysis process.
