Abstract
    Tolerance of masked greenling to environment conditions increases as it reaches maturity; and as a consequence, the range of this species distribution extends and its migration activity increases. Immature individuals occupy the narrowest depth range and they are characterised by the lowest migration activity. The bathymetric range of first-maturing fish resembles that of immature individuals. First-matured greenlings are similar to matured ones by the time and activity of migrations. Matured fish are the most active migrants and can occur to 40 m of depth. Expert estimations of masked greenling stocks are given
