| Abstract |
The studied documentation has offered a database concerning the thermal spring location a brief physico-chemical presentation and an enumeration of the diseases that can be ameliorated by external or internal treatment with sulphurous waters near Hârsova, located in the coastal area. Our paper brings additional information concerning the chemical and biochemical characteristics of the waters, mentioned above and also their biologically active potential. In this way some biochemical compounds were noticed in the water samples, and it was studied the influence of these waters on the hyaluronidase activity, the enzyme involved in the transcutaneous and the development of microorganism cultures, Escherichia coli. |
