| Abstract |
The design of the admittance policy of the Euro-Maas channel to Rotterdam and the Western Scheldt is based on a probabilistic method. With this method, instead if the previously implemented deterministic method, the accessibility of the harbours and safety during the channel transit have been increased without additional dredging costs. |
