| Abstract |
In this study the legal and administrative aspects of the modernization of the access to the ports of Ghent and Terneuzen are analysed. In concreto rises the question if, e.q. which type of new lock should be built in Terneuzen and what would be the legal and administrative consequences of the construction of such a lock with the possible deepening and/or widening of the sea canal.
