Abstract
The use of oxygen allows a considerable increase in the capacity of water-oxygen transport. Applied to trout farming it permits to keep stocks in the summer and gives a better valorization of the products. The use of oxygen opens the possibility of spreading cycles over several years, although the consequence is a stock increase. Applied to intensive eel farming (closed system) oxygen allows to considerable cut down investment by permitting a reduction of the circulating flow.
