Beschrijving
Plankton assemblages were analyzed using standard nets (WP2) in a fixed station in the Cabo Frio Upwelling System region (Brazil) since October, 1994 until December, 2021. The biological data were combined to the environmental variables such as Chlorophyll a, Dissolved Oxygen (O2), Temperature, Salinity. The sampling depth ranges from 0- 5 m. meerThis project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No. 862428 (MISSION ATLANTIC).
