    he 10th International Effects of Oil on Wildlife Conference promises to be an outstanding event. Held in the enchanting city of Tallinn, Estonia the week of 5-9 October 2009, the scientific programme will take place from 4-8 October, with optional side events organised on Monday, 5 October and Friday, 9 October.
