North Sea Award - laureaten
Het VLIZ reikt jaarlijks op de VLIZ Marine Science Day een prijs uit om vernieuwend fundamenteel of toegepast onderzoek aan te moedigen. Dit onderzoek moet zich toeleggen op het bestuderen van de structuur of het functioneren van de Noordzee, met nadruk op de Zuidelijke Bocht of het Kanaal.
