Dr David Mills is a senior scientist with more than 20 years experience of work in European estuaries and shelf-seas. He is a biological oceanographer with specialist interests in environmental change processes, development and application of marine observing systems and ecosystem modeling. He currently leads an ecosystem modeling group at Cefas, is Chair of an OSPAR working group on eutrophication modeling, is responsible for providing advice to Defra and ICES on eutrophication and related matters and chairs the UK Integrated Monitoring and Observation Network (UK-IMON). | |
