A: De wind drijft het zand in één richting.
B: De wind drijft het zand in twee tegenovergestelde richtingen.
In C, D, E, F, G, H, I, ziet men hoe het zand zich accumuleert, langsheen verschillende obstakels. De pijlen geven de richting van de wind aan.
