Raw data of the experiments described in the paper with title "Temperature-driven dynamics: unraveling the impact of climate change on cryptic species interactions within the Litoditis marina complex". meer
The dataset includes two files with raw data collected as observations of a monospecific and a competition experiment, with 3 cryptic species of Litoditis marina marine nematodes and their interactions and 2 temperature treatments (with 4 replicates). Data includes counts of adult nematode individuals and the model estimates of the population dynamics model used in this study. The dataset includes the results of the qPCR analysis with relative abundance data of the three cryptic species as measured in the experimental populations.
