Abstract
    The Agaricales order comprises fleshy, pileate and stipitatemacro fungi belonging to 413 genera and 33 families. About 139 genera and 926 species reported in Brazil. The aim of this work to identify and collect macrofungal Agaricalesorder colonizing different substrates in rain forest area and tobacco cultivation from Recôncavo of Bahia, Brazil. To estimate fungal diversity among substrates, Inverse Simpson index and Shannon index applied. The results are presented as box plots and accumulation curves using the non-metric multidimensional scaling technique (NMDS). Were identified 52 genera distributed in 18 families, mainly in Agaricaceae, Tricholomataceae and Psathyrellaceae. More specimens were collected during May, when temperature is cooler average 23oC, rains are frequent 124mm and relative humidity is high (averaging 91%). specimens were more abundant on soil/litter, litter and lawns substrates. Accumulation curves showed richness differences in relation to substrates. Litter tends to present more specimens richness. NMDS technique generated ordered curves for all substrates. Therefore, this work extends the studies on Agaricales that are insipient in Brazil and unpublished new for Recôncavo of Bahia that includes a geographic range with rich biodiversity. The results of this work were deposited in Herbarium of Federal University of Recôncavo Bahia (HUFRB) and can be used for taxonomic and morphological studies and biotechnological applications.
