VLIZ manages, maintains and uses marine research infrastructure and a marine station, such as research vessels, equipment, a diving team and robotics. The Flemish and international community of marine researchers can also use this infrastructure for their own research. At the Marine Station Ostend (MSO), scientists can use specialized laboratories and test rooms.
