Abstract
The concentrations in the serum of cortisol, testosterone, 11-ketotestosterone, 17 beta -estradiol and progesterone were measured by ELISA in Stellate sturgeon females before and after completion of vitellogenesis. Final maturation was induced by sturgeon pituitary preparation given in two doses: 5%+95% of total dose.
