Abstract
We have increased our chances of isolating cDNAs that encode reproductively significant proteins by constructing a lambda ZAP II library from the hepatic poly (A)' RNA of Japanese eel, Anguilla japonica treated with salmon pituitary homogenate (SPH). Here we describe cDNAs that encode two vitellogenins (VTG).
