Abstract
    First records of Rapana venosa (Valenciennes, 1846) in some Italian backwaters. First records of living specimens of Rapana venosa (Valenciennes, 1846) are reported from Santa Gilla Lagoon, Sabaudia Lagoon and Faro Lake.
