Abstract
Contemporary criminology has stretched its scope from the knowledge of the basis of the criminal act to that of the explanations, reactions and strategies, to the extent that it integrates the concept of “security studies”. This article is within the framework of this evolution, and, based on two actual facts, aims at defining the speculative framework of the nodal course with regards to security. This concept itself refers to a complex within which the various security actors involved can move away from a traditional approach linked to an ability in a limited area, and focus on the dynamics of an action focused on issues as a whole, and based on information.
