Abstract
The participation of microtubules and microfilaments in steroidogenesis of both theca (T) and granulosa (G) cells in mono- and cooculture was assayed by monitoring the effect of colchicine (Col) and cytochalasin B (Cyt B) on estradiol (E2) secretion during 24 hours of culture. In coculture Col an Cyt stimulated E2 secretion, which suggests that both microtubules and microfilamentes are involved in E2 secretion
