Description 1870. Het EERSTE KURSAAL.
Het eerste Kursaal werd gebouwd in 1852 naar de plannen van Architect BEYAERT en was gelegen op de buitenste vestingswal, ter hoogte van de hoek Christinastraat - Zeedijk. Het gebouw werd gesloopt in 1877 - 1878.
