Abstract
    A new species of the Cirolanidae (Cirolana mascarenensis n. sp.) and of the Gnathiidae (Gnathia firingae n. sp.) are described from reef localities along the west coast of La Reunion, tropical Indian Ocean. Their relationships are discussed.
