Abstract
From the Cenomanian nearshore sediments of the Korycany Member, preserved in the abrasional cavity at Ládvi Hill in Prague, 10 new species of the genera Hemisphaerammina, Colonammina and Webbinelloidea(Hemisphaerammininae) are described. Facial development of the UpperCretaceous sediments shows that the Proterozoic silicite monadnocks in thenorthern part of Prague functioning during the Upper Cenomanian asislands surrounded by the sea submerged in the uppermost Cenomanian. Nearshore facies with foraminifers preserved at the Ládvi Hill may thus beinterpreted as Upper Cenomanian in age.
