Abstract
    We describe the Cerithium Bruguière, 1789 (Gastropoda: Cerithiidae) fauna in the La Strea inlet, Porto Cesareo (Lecce, south-eastern Italy) where all Italian species belonging to this genus can be found. For some species, we provide novel data on their ecology and new images.
