Abstract
    A new foraminiferal genus "Spinogerina n.gen. of Hantkeninacea Super Family and its species were identified for the first time from the limestone intercalations of the Agva measured section of the Middle -Late Paleocene aged Akveren Formation. Beside the new genus Spinogerina, four new species namely, S. spinosa n.sp., S. agvanensis n.sp., S. dizerae n.sp. and S. turcica n.sp. were taxonomically described.
