Abstract
Lithophyllum lichenoides Philippi, 1837 is a red calcareous alga offering a lot of spaces amongst its thallus to host different organisms. During a stay in Centuri, small harbour of North Corsica (France), the examination of a few cm3 extracted in the upper layer of this biotope has revealed the presence of four molluscs species: Lasaea rubra (Montagu, 1803), Mytilaster lineatus (Gmelin, 1803), Musculus costulatus (Risso, 1826) and Lepidochitona caprearum (Scacchi, 1836).
