Abstract
Results of measurements of hydrological and hydro chemical parameters in the south-western part of Peter the Great Bay during the summer-autumn of 1996 are presented. Accordingly to new proposed scheme of water circulation, the flux of Tumangan River could be transported both southward and northward from the river mouth by wind-driven currents. The distribution of hydro chemical parameters and salinity during the surveys didn't display a significant influence of Tumangan River flux on the aquatory outside the river mouth area.
