Abstract
On the basis of research run in 1997-1998, structure and dynamics of the benthic fauna living on the midshore of Mamaia - Eforie area have been studied. Black Sea's boiological diversity has been severely modified consequent to strong anthropogenetic impact. Rising of huge industrial entreprises, extension of Constanta harbour, and Danube-Black Sea canal alongside induced important modifications in marine biocoenosis structure. Comparison made between actual midshore's biocoenosis and those presented by the scientific literature 3-4 decades ago, emphasises essence changes in their structure and dynamics according to human impact intensity.
