Milestone document M4.1 for EU project SOS-ZEROPOL2030, accompanied with four datasets used to write the text. more
* E-PRTR: Excel file with data on perfluorocarbon, hydrochlorofluorocarbon and chlorofluorocarbon emissions reported into the E-PRTR database. Double entries have been removed and data restricted to countries that drain to the North Sea, Mediterranean Sea, or Black Sea. * Flanders PFAS discharge into wastewater: Excel file with data obtained from the VMM website (https://www.vmm.be/data/waterkwaliteit). Data contain information of Flemish companies that have discharged any of the 35 monitored chemicals in the period 2007-2022. Data include the date, location and concentration of the emission. Emissions were classified into production sectors based on data of the Belgian Chamber of Commerce and further used in summaries and graphs. * WWTP emission calculations: data from VMM like the entry above, but focusing on emissions from wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs). * PFAS usage, products, amounts: Excel sheet summarizing quantitative information obtained from literature study.
