Abstract
Rainbow trout embryos at various stages of development were supercooled with various cryoprotectants for 24h. The best hatching rates were achieved with early (190d degree ) eyed eggs suspended in water. With other stages addition of CMC or DMSO proved to be favorable. Fry was obtained after 32 days of storage with 1% CMC (15%) or 5% DMSO (2%).
