Abstract
    The tiger puffer is one of the most expensive food fish in Japan. Some trials for seed production of tiger puffer have been done for the last few years, however, it was difficult to obtain good quality seed stably. Recently, we developed an effective method for the induction of artificial propagation of tiger puffer using various hormonal treatments
