Abstract
Synthesis of steroids by testis of male white croaker during spermiating time were studied. The main metabolites identified were the 17,20 beta -dihydroxy-4-pregnen-3-one (17,20 beta OHP) and 11 beta ,17,21-trihydroxy-4-pregenene-3,20-dione (cortisol).
