Abstract
Isoenzymatic analyses were used to describe the genetic variability in five populations of Odontesthes bonariensis from different regions of Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. Electrophoretic assays of 10 isoenzymatic systems allowed the detection of 20 loci, two of them being polymorphic. Populations may be differenciated by allelic frequencies and the presence of private alleles.
