The Strategic Plan was endorsed by the Member States of IOCARIBE meeting in their 7th session (Veracruz, 25-28 February 2002).Its implementation will be the responsibility of a Steering Committee for IOCARIBE-GOOS, which will produse an Implementation Plan and oversee the implementation process on behalf of IOCARIBE.
