Description

Excel-file with results of the dimensioning of the riprap bank and bottom protection for the bridge over the Yzer at Diksmuide. Also results from dimensioning of placed blocks as erosion protection is added.

more

The Excel file is the outputfile from the Matlab routine dim_breuksteen.m for calculating  the dimensions of riprap at bank and bottom. Considered hydraulic loadsare the velocity resulting from the current in the river and the velocity of main propeller and thruster of a ECMT class I ship. Output is the diameter and the mass of the needed riprap to withstand these hydraulic loads. Also a page is added with the results of the design of the placed blocks as erosion protection of the river banks under the bridge.
