Description
Combined altitude measurements, obtained from topography and bathymetry surveys of the Belgian coast. The raw point clouds are interpolated to cross-shore transects at the theoretical positions of the single-beam bathymetry measurements. The data covers the Belgian nearshore coastal zone from the dunes to 1500m offshore. Coverage is restricted to the actual coverage of the raw data (no extrapolation). The data is based on measurements made available by Coastal Division. Scope Themes: Coastal studies (e.g. shores, estuaries), Geology - Geophysics - Sedimentation > Bathymetry - sonar images Keywords: Coastal profiles, Topography, Belgium, Belgian Coast Geographical coverage Belgium, Belgian Coast [Marine Regions] Temporal coverage
