Programme to assemble, store and analyze results of luminophore experiments more

This programme is written in mixed language. The core programme is in Java, but it makes use of scripts in R and it also uses calles to MySQL. The programme has three different functions: 1. It helps to acquire data with a camera. 2. Data are stored in a file system administred in an internal database 3. It calls routines (ImageJ routines and R routines) to analyse the photographs for different settings of luminophore experiments
