For the oral pitch presentations, a PowerPoint presentation of max. 5 slides will be allowed, though we challenge those who want to go a step further to work without PPT. Please note: to increase the probability that your abstract (max. 650 words) is selected for an oral presentation, write it in a language that is easy to understand and sounds fascinating for the evaluators.
Participants with new data and information tools and products will be given the opportunity to briefly and plenary introduce the demo in a 1-minute elevator pitch. Also for these demo sessions, an abstract is needed!

All abstracts will be published in an online issue of ‘VLIZ Special Publication No. 75’.
