4th step: Refining the NoK

In a fourth step, the lessons learned from the process are now used to refine the NoK concept developed in step two.

This refinement included a broad consultation and the second open conference to include knowledge holders from all areas. Also, it is based on the results of the evaluation work package. 

It's main product (as work in progress) is the NoK White Paper.
