We negotiated special symposium prices at the following 4 hotels. Prices are per room per night, breakfast and taxes included.

Rooms in these hotels have been block-booked until June 26th (NH Belfort), July 12th (Ibis hotels) or August 05th (Novotel).

We do not have any special arrangements with other hotels, but there are plenty of other possibilities for finding (budget) accommodation in Ghent at www.gent-accommodations.be, www.bedandbreakfast-gent.be, www.visitgent.be, www.booking.com, www.travellerspoint.com, etc. Interesting hotels include a.o. Guesthouse Monasterium PoortAckere, Hotel Flandria Gent and Hotel limited.co. There is also a youth hostel in Ghent where rooms or dorms can be booked at low prices.

Note that during summer budget accommodation can be hard to find in Ghent, so we recommend you book early.

Ghent is not a big town - all accommodation is within 5-10 mins walking distance from the symposium venue.

Note that accommodation booking and payment will not be taken by the IDS 2012 organizers.
