WP 7: Project management

The overall objectives of this WP are to provide project management, which will ensure that the project achieves its objectives. At the start of the project, a detailed Project Management Plan will be drawn up, to enable monitoring of progress. A Project Secretariat will be established for the duration of THESEUS, located at the EU Research Department at the University of Bologna, which has already gained great experience in management of EC projects.
