MedPAN newsletter, Number 2, 2016

A move and an inauguration of our new office located on the famous Vieux-Port in Marseille (see pictures on Facebook), funding opportunities, a 2016 MPA Forum organisation that is taking shape, and many important conferences and achievements; this is some of what has gone on since our last newsletter.
