The Institute of Oceanology conducts scientific research in the Baltic Sea and in the seas of the European Arctic for over 30 years. It has expertise in ecological and taxonomical studies of benthic and pelagic ecosystems including seagrass beds. As the only partner within Assemble+ it offers access to the Arctic intertidal and subtidal benthic and pelagic ecosystems. This access is both on site and as remote services including research vessel and SCUBA diving facilities
